PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

• Initial Design: The typical design schedule for the first round is 10 business days from receipt of the payment, invitation wording, and agreement approval.
   

• Design Revisions: The typical design schedule is 5 business days from each revision request. CurlyQ Paperie offers unlimited revisions at no cost to the Client. Please keep in mind that multiple rounds of revisions will increase the overall production schedule.
   

• Printing: The typical schedule is 10-15 business days from design approval.
   

• Assembly (applies to invitation pocket, sleeve, and belly band suite pieces only): The typical assembly schedule is 20 business days from printing approval.
   

• Wedding Day Items: CurlyQ Paperie needs information for programs, menus, and any other day-of/reception items no later than 1.5 months before the wedding day. Failure to meet this timeline may result in a delay in production, rush fee, or inability to complete before the wedding day.

*Rush fees can be assessed to speed things along depending on Jodi's availability and the printer's schedule for print jobs.

*Business days are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

COST AND PAYMENT

The full cost of the stationery suite is due at the time the order is placed.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

• Placing your Order: Once your payment and agreement approval are received, the design process begins! Jodi will send a document with some invitation wording options for your review. Please reply with the exact wording you choose. Keep in mind that these samples are just a guide. If you have something different in mind, feel free to send it.
   

• Design Begins: CurlyQ Paperie will provide an initial concept for an invitation and/or save the date (if ordered) based on the conversation at our consultation. The Client will then communicate any revisions to the invitation and/or save the date. CurlyQ Paperie provides unlimited rounds of revisions to complete the design.
   

• Finalize your Suite: Once the design of the invitation is approved, we will begin working on all other pieces ordered. Concept revisions, extensive alterations, or a switch in design objectives may result in a delayed production process or completion date.
   

• Production Begins: Once everything is proofed and approved, your suite gets sent to print! Items may be sent to the printer at different times depending on when they are approved and needed (save the dates and invitations are usually processed first because they are put in the mail before day-of items are finalized).

THE PROOFING PROCESS

Your stationery suite is ready for print when you say it is! I will do a check while making the proof, but the final inspection of all information is your responsibility. That includes spelling, layout, website URLs, phone numbers, addresses, etc. Once you give your final approval, any items that need to be reprinted due to errors will be invoiced separately.

 

CurlyQ Paperie takes pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Jodi at jodi.curlyq@gmail.com. CurlyQ Paperie is not responsible for orders containing errors made by the customer such as typing or grammatical errors, or for any error that the customer approved during our proofing process. CurlyQ Paperie will attempt to contact the customer if we feel the quality of a photo provided will not print well.

PICK UP AND SHIPPING

All orders should be picked up when the job is complete. Pick up locations are either at Jodi’s home office or at a site determined and agreed on by the Vendor and Client. Jodi will notify the Client when the stationery is ready.
 

If items need to be shipped to the Client, Jodi will send a separate invoice for the cost of shipping.

QUANTITY

Quantities must be ordered in sets of 25. It is recommended that you order more than needed for your mailing list to have for keepsake and any last-minute guests. Any items needed after the initial print run will be charged separately.

POSTAGE

Stamping, mailing, and postage costs are not included in the services provided by CurlyQ Paperie. Wedding invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. This is something that should be calculated at the post office by a professional. CurlyQ Paperie is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.

CANCELATIONS

​Once we have started the design process, you are only able to receive a portion of your money back on the whole order, and only if the order has not gone to print. An order cannot be returned or canceled once it has gone to print.
